The SE stands alone with its sports-styled vinyl-covered seats.

Standard comfort and convenience features on the sedan include a 4.2-inch TFT multi-information display, six-speaker AM/FM/MP3/WMA audio, Bluetooth® wireless technology for hands-free phone calling and audio streaming, Siri® Eyes Free voice-command technology, a three-year complimentary trial subscription to the Connected Navigation Scout® GPS Link app, and an Entune™ multimedia system that is supported by a 7-inch touchscreen. If you go with a higher-level engine on the XLE or XSE (more on that later), a 10-inch color head-up display, wireless device charging ability, HD Radio™, a larger 8-inch touchscreen (in place of the 7-inch), a three-month trial subscription to SiriusXM® satellite radio, a single-disc CD player, a complimentary six-month Wi-Fi hotspot subscription that includes an allowance of up to 2 GB, and a panoramic power tilt-and-slide glass moonroof are added.

Mechanical/Powertrain

The standard engine on the 2018 Toyota Camry is a 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder that produces 203 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. On the upper-level XSE trim, that output is increased to 206 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque. Also, if you go with the XLE or XSE, you can opt for the larger and more powerful 3.5-liter V6, which churns out 301 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque. Glued to each engine is an electronically controlled 8-speed automatic transmission. On the XLE, SE, and XSE, the engine leads out to a dual exhaust system. The sedan uses a MacPherson strut front suspension and a double-wishbone multi-link rear suspension, which are sport-tuned on the racing-styled SE and XSE trims for a firmer driving feel. The electric power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering produces a turning circle diameter of 37.4 cubic feet.

Safety

The 2018 Toyota Camry has most of its standard safety features put in two categories.
